Susan Rust

Principal Designer, Susan Rust is a Professional Interior Designer and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, from the Faculty of Architecture, University of Manitoba. Previous to attaining her degree in 1989, she studied Fine Art and Art History.

Susan is a member of the Interior Designers of Alberta & the Interior Designers of Canada. She became NCIDQ certified in 1999 and is a LEED Green Associate. Susan brings over 20 years of professional experience to her design and architectural projects. As a Green Associate for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), Susan has an advanced depth of knowledge in sustainable building practices and is sensitive to our environment. She is Client focused and believes that great interior design must be functional, creative, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing. Susan also firmly believes that well designed space does create a better quality of life for its users and creating space where people live more fully, work more productively, learn better, heal faster and relax more peacefully is extremely rewarding and purposefull.

Susan is committed to continuous education and attending design, construction and building product shows to the trade throughout North America, which enables her to provide her clients with the latest information on new products, trends, materials, building construction, green building products and concepts, and energy conservation.
